I love playing with makeup, buying it, and wearing it! I picked up a few things on Saturday since I was running low foundation and concealer. When I got home, I realized how much freaking sh!t I have! Sometimes, I buy things because I like it but never end up using it. I could spend hours at Sephora, trying stuff out and the fact that they don't have pushy sales people makes it even worse! I try not eye anything or touch anything but what I need yet my self-restraint failed me and I picked up a new Christian Dior lipgloss. I had a few other things in my hand but thankfully I put it back.

A snapshot of what I use on a daily basis. For eye makeup, I use Urban Decay's primer - it seriously works great! I also had an issue with the shadow smearing or sweating off but the primer keeps it on all day. My other favorite is Smashbox's Cream Eye Liner in Caviar. It seriously stays on the whole day - when MAC came out with their own liner I felt like it didn't work that well so I stuck with SB.

Moisterizers: I've been using Lancome's Bienfait Multi-Vital and I switched it up with Stila's sheer color tinted moisterizer. When I use the tinted moisterizer I don't apply any foundation. It keeps my face and makeup really light. I'm not sure I'm I really like Stila's so I'm planning to trying a different band, next is Laura Mercier. I also have Smashbox' Photo Finish Light Foundation Primer - its oil free!!!!

OK, let me introduce you do my eye shadows! Most of them are in the same color family: browns! I keep the crazy colors for the weekend or a night out but I stick to the browns and blacks. :)

I tend to try out different foundations and powders. I'm currently using NARS but I'm switching back to Shiseido because it's alot lighter. For powder I use NARs and Shiseido.

My perfume: Vera Wang's Princess. My next perfume is either going to be Victor Rolf Flowerbomb or Chanel Mademoiselle but I'm looking for other suggestions. I don't like to have more than 1 perfume at home because I don't really switch around and it'll just sit there and go bad.

That's it. I think I spend about $200 bucks each month on makeup! Yikes. I definitely should cut down!

I like how you can post YouTube videos in your blog entries unlike my blogspot. There you have to upload them instead of just sharing them. Don't laugh...I know I'm a total nube.

I'm playing with video posts so here's Lupe Fiasco ft Matthew Santos - his voice is so sexy! hehe. Now, if Common would join the Glow in the Dark tour I'd be pretty happy.

I'm cheating because I'm replicating my entry from my other blog but I just floating on cloud 9! I want everyone to know why I'm so damn happy and excited. 


On April 22, Nat and I will back from our Europe trip and in time to see Kanye West at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles! Hell yea! All week, I was trying to secure tickets through pre-sale but I couldn't find the right passwords online. I had to wait it out until tickets finally went on sale this morning at 10 am. Mayhem. I had a feeling they would instantly sell out, simliar to the Spice Girls concert - thank god for pre-sale for that one! AND the Nokia Theatre is alot smaller than the Staples Center. 

Anyway, back to the story, Kanye has 2 tour dates for L.A so my friend and I tag teamed the days for best available seats on TicketMaster. We both camped out on the internet, constantly refreshing the page for the clock to strike 10! When I tried tickets were already SOLD OUT! It wasn't even 10:01!  Thank God my friend scored tickets! I'm freaking excited! I love his music eventhough Kanye's ego is a bit out of the control at times but I definitely appreciate him as an artist.

Rihanna, N.E.R.D, and Lupe Fiasco aka  'If you are what you say you are, a SUPERSTAR!!!!' will be there! 

I can't stop smiling!!!
